great staff but location feels distant
The staff were cute and offered great advice on local attractions. The breakfast spread was quite excellent. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room with a refined finish that added to my comfort. I found the bike rental service convenient and well-maintained.
It would be helpful if guests were reminded to be quiet when leaving early in the morning, as others might still be sleeping.

The peaceful location and the immaculate rooms caught my attention! The bathroom door's glass design was a bit too revealing for comfort. Still, had a relaxing stay exploring the area 😊

It was just a commendable fit for a quick stopover in Bruges with great value-to-price ratio. The breakfast spread was excellent with various tasty options. Make sure to check restaurant prices before choosing meals.

A quirky hotel with a lovely restaurant and brilliant food. Neat rooms provided with window open as well as 338. Attentive and highly courteous staff, free wake up service and ironing.

The good, the bad, and the unexpected
This hotel offers superb amenities such as modern rooms and a good breakfast. The friendly staff were always ready to assist with local tips. A foosball table added unexpected entertainment. Nonetheless, the location felt a bit distant from the city center. All things considered, a pleasant stay!

The room was bare, and the empty minibar didn't help at all, considering it was a supposed 4-star hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted me with a frown instead of a smile. Woudl ve been nice to feel like a special guest, but I guess I'm just like everyone else here. I just couldn't give a good review.

We liked Bruge, friendly hotel staff.
It can be summarized that this was a 1 star room in a 4 star hotel. Most awful bathroom I've ever seen (been travelling for 25 years now). Lousy beds. Noisy mini bar. Overly expensive breakfast.

missingWrote a review on 13 Octprivacy compromise
The annoying glass-wall bathroom design severely compromises privacy. After days of waiting, the A/C never worked, and the bed felt too firm with uncomfortable pillows, challenging the way I could sleep through the night.

The service was very good, specially in the bar/restaurant.
They say it's only 2 km walk, but that must be by air.
